At the end of 2021, an “Agency Central Switzerland Era” will come to an end. Suva is making itself fit for the future. In order to meet the needs of its customers (companies, accident victims) and partners against the backdrop of increasing digitalization, Suva is restructuring its claims management as of the beginning of 2022. As a result, claims staff will no longer report to the agency, but will be managed directly by the claims process in virtual teams. However, the Suva Central Switzerland location will remain the home of most employees. Jordi designed a booklet as a farewell gift for the employees.
